Volocar processes personal data needed to provide marketplace services, including account details, booking and listing activity, messages, support requests, and basic technical data. Some data is provided by users, while other data is generated when using the platform.

2. Verification, payments, and KYC

For security and compliance, identity checks may be requested. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers, including Stripe services and, where applicable, Stripe Identity verification workflows. Volocar does not store full payment card details.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, user preferences, and analytics. Additional marketing cookies are used only where applicable and based on user choices.

4. GDPR rights

• Right to restrict or object to processing in certain cases.
